- BLACKBERRY PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD: The fun part about this screening is that you don’t know what it is until the last day. In recent years, winners of this people’s choice award have done well through the award season, many taking the top prize (or at least nominated for it). Our bets this year, based on critical acclaim and word of mouth, are 12 Years a Slave or Gravity. The indie underdog: Blue is the Warmest Colour. (6 p.m., Ryerson Theatre)
