What it’s about: Newlyweds Tom (Ashton Kutcher) and Sarah (Brittany Murphy) head out on their European honeymoon only to have it end in disaster while they realize that maybe their love for one another isn’t enough to keep them going and their dash down the aisle was a little hasty. (Also, with my luck, this is totally how my honeymoon would go.)

Who’s in it: Ashton Kutcher and the late-and-great Brittany Murphy

When it came out: 2003

How come you haven’t heard of (or just seen) it: You’ve proooobably heard of this, but maybe just forgot about it. This came out at the height of silly, borderline slapstick rom-coms and when Ashton Kutcher was really just gaining some post-That 70’s Show momentum. Also, this was Brittany Murphy’s prime. (With that in mind, can we all just take a moment and remember how awesome she was? I’m so very serious when I say I genuinely miss her making movies.)

Why you need to watch it immediately!:

  • This flick is totally cute and silly and cheesy, but it works–especially with Kutcher and Murphy. They actually made an adorable on-screen couple.
  • Ashton Kutcher when he was still goofy–I mean, he’ll always be goofy, but he sort of became a mature goofy. This is when he was really goofy, like Kelso.
  • The airplane bathroom scene. I don’t know about you, but that made me give joining the mile-high club a second thought.
  • Wait, this is a super cheesy reason… Because  you need to be reminded that it isn’t about finding the perfect love, it’s about finding the love that’s perfect for you (awwwwwwww). But seriously though, they make crazy look cool.
